applications from large (communities of more than 100,000) publicly
owned systems; awardees will receive up to $115,000 to develop vulnerability

security is still developing, many firms are entering this market with
high expectations. VERSAR has focused its already strong qualifications
and experience on the long-term market development for homeland security
to prepare for or respond to terrorist events and has organized an experienced,
senior team to pursue this business area. We are on track for implementing
our strategic vision of a full service homeland security practice involving
consulting, engineering, chemical and biological services and emergency
response. The development of the vulnerability assessment marketplace,
our selection as a training firm by Sandia/AWWA, and our relationship
